New builds or old homes in need of a new roof! Hand-Nailing your new installation could add an additional 5 years of lifespan to your new shingles, and will increase the value of your home dramatically!

Cancellation Policy

If a down-payment has been made to book a new roof installation, the booking may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 week prior to the agreed start date of the job. If the job is cancelled however, the down-payment will not be refunded. The down-payment amount for a job is $3000 or half of the agreed upon total price of the job if that exceeds this amount.
